The Giant Blinking "A"
On the night of Saturday, June 3, 2006, a giant 32-foot-tall "A" appeared suspended above the Court of Mann in front of Beckman Auditorium.
The "A" was made of 560 feet of rope and 18 strands of white and red Christmas lights. The red "shadow" portion blinked intermittantly. This operation was concieved by Jason Yosinski, Fiona Heung, Daniel Thai, and John Sadowski, and recieved further help from Ben Yang, Rita Liu, and Ryan Witt.
In honor of this event, the official expletive of the Avery Revolutionary Army is, "Giant blinking A!"
