Dear Avery,

Thanks all for voting! The VC position will be split.

The results are as follows:
Yes: 48 (66.7%)
Abstain: 3 (4.2%)
No: 21 (29.2%)
Total: 72 (quorum is 61)

As per, Article III, Section 3, wherein “a two-thirds referendum is passed if 
there are at least twice as many yes votes as no votes” the yeses have it 
(69.5%) over the noes (30.5%).
